Delivery timelines vary by business type, ranging from 7 to 14 business days. E-commerce, food & beverage, and fitness clients typically receive clips in 7 days. SaaS and education clients may take up to 14 days due to the complexity of the content.

Yes. One revision round is included with every standard delivery. Revision requests must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery. Please be specific — "make it punchier" is harder to execute than "add more contrast and a faster cut at the 15-second mark."

Included revisions cover: color adjustments, timing tweaks, caption changes, audio leveling, and minor cuts. A scope change — like requesting a different music track, re-editing the entire structure, or targeting a different platform — is quoted separately.

Edited clips are delivered via a secure download link sent to your email. Files are optimized and ready to post — captions burned in, platform specs matched, no further processing needed.

We deliver for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels. Our default output is 1080x1920 vertical (9:16) with captions and optimized for each platform's recommended length.

Yes. Once you're in the system, we set up a recurring weekly cadence. You submit new footage, we deliver edited clips — no contract required. Pause or resume anytime by emailing us.

Yes. Email hello@reelcraft.polsia.app and we will put your account on hold. No penalties, no billing during the pause period.

Pricing depends on your content volume and frequency. Standard delivery starts at a base monthly rate with additional clips billed per unit. Contact us for a custom quote based on your needs.

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly. One-time project payments are available for non-recurring clients.

Upload in MP4 or MOV for best quality. We accept files up to 5GB each and up to 20 files per submission. Higher resolution source footage (1080p or 4K) produces better output than compressed or heavily transcoded files.

We can work with lower-quality footage, but output quality is directly tied to input quality. If your footage is dark, shaky, or heavily compressed, we will let you know before we start and suggest alternatives.
